Important launch note — obtain jurisdiction-specific legal and tax review before public Mainnet operation.

These disclosures describe FundMe's current operating model. Jurisdiction-specific terms, privacy notices, charity-solicitation disclosures and other required notices should be reviewed for the markets in which FundMe operates.

Independent service

FundMe is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Pump.fun or GoFundMe. References and outbound links identify third-party services used in the workflow.

Crypto risk

Crypto assets can be highly volatile and can lose substantial or all value. A FundMe cause association does not make a token an investment, charitable security, tax-deductible contribution, donation receipt, or guarantee of future donations.

Creator-fee routing

For supported Pump.fun launches, FundMe prepares the launch with a configured public Solana treasury as the creator route. The user's wallet signs its own transaction. Actual fee behavior ultimately depends on Pump.fun and may change if the third-party protocol changes.

Automated accounting; operator-approved GoFundMe checkout

FundMe's production workflow is designed to automate creator-fee event attribution, collection accounting, SOL-to-fiat valuation, payout batching, payout reservation, receipt reconciliation and public reporting. Until FundMe has an approved programmatic donation integration, the final GoFundMe checkout is completed by an authorized operator using the fundraiser's normal GoFundMe payment flow. FundMe must not represent a payout as donated until a payment receipt or other approved proof has been reconciled. Production terms should state payout timing, minimum thresholds, conversion method, transaction and payment costs, failed or refunded payments, treasury custody and whether any operating costs are deducted.

Campaign review

FundMe should validate campaign URLs and maintain fraud, abuse and reporting controls before public Mainnet operation. A campaign's inclusion does not imply endorsement by its organizer. Campaign totals shown by FundMe are snapshots and may differ from current GoFundMe totals.

Wallet safety

FundMe never needs a user's seed phrase or private key.
Users sign Pump.fun launch transactions in their own compatible Solana wallet.
Treasury and operational signing keys must be kept outside the public web application and must not be embedded in browser code.

Transparency

FundMe separates creator fees generated, fees collected, funds reserved for payout, payouts awaiting operator completion, and receipt-verified donations. Public totals should be derived from reconciled records rather than estimated or promotional figures.

Operational responsibilities

Before public Mainnet operation, obtain jurisdiction-specific review of charity-solicitation rules, consumer-protection requirements, money-transmission and custody questions, tax treatment, sanctions obligations, campaign fraud controls, privacy obligations, payment-provider requirements and token-launch rules. FundMe should also maintain monitoring, backups, incident response and reconciliation procedures.
